Essatto works on a prepaid consulting and support hours basis. A range of prepaid service packs are available for purchase which are fit for purpose depending on client need. Prepaid hours are drawn down as products and services are rendered. Hours can be used across a wide range of products and services including implementation, support, training, customisation, development, installation of apps & data importation. Discounts are offered based on the size of Service Pack purchased.
Essattp service packs cover Australian business hours only. After hours extended support and a range of service level agreements are also available upon request.

25 Hour
Service Pack (Hourly Rate: $190 + GST)- Set pieces of work may be estimated up front and approved by the client prior to commencing.
- Ad-hoc work and general support charged on a time and materials basis.
- Tracking of hourly usage available online via Essatto Client Portal.
50 Hour
Service Pack (Hourly Rate: $175 + GST)- Set pieces of work may be estimated up front and approved by the client prior to commencing.

75 Hour
Service Pack (Hourly Rate: $160 + GST)- Set pieces of work may be estimated up front and approved by the client prior to commencing.

100 Hour
Service Pack (Hourly Rate: $150 + GST)- Set pieces of work may be estimated up front and approved by the client prior to commencing.
